Psycho
Let's find the meaning of the life in with Japan originated Naikan introspection method.
Here we consider the "mind" by focusing on personality traits. It is important to understand how factors such as personal feelings, thoughts, and behavior patterns affect an individual's mental health.
Do you know that Japan has an effective mental training method?
An introspection method is one. It is a reliable method that psychiatrists use in their treatment. I want to tell you this method that Mr. Ishin Yoshimoto left. And I hope that you can continue the better life journey.
Then what is the introspection method?
The introspection method is the mind cultivation method born in Japan which Ishin Yoshimoto (1916 - 1988) designed for self-discovery. It has been used for self-development, problem solving, psychotherapy, corporate training, and school education. Although the Naikan method originated from the religious spiritual practice of "seeing and studying," the religious element has been removed and anyone can use the method without resistance.
You will be asked these Naikan Three Questions.
- What have I received from __?
- What have I given to__?
- What troubles and difficulties have I caused__?
These Naikan three questions allow us to observe ourselves from the standpoint of others. The unique feature of this method is that it does not directly delve into one's own mind, but rather "looks at oneself objectively from the someone’s shoes" using others as a mirror, so to speak.
Intensive introspection," in which one concentrates on introspection for a week, "daily introspection," in which one does introspection for short periods of time in one's daily life, and "recording introspection," in which one records what one has introspected, are all methods used for a variety of purposes. Introspective therapy is sometimes used to address deeper issues of the mind.
The purpose of Naikan introspection is to help you enjoy meaningful life applying what you acquired from Naikan experience. A certified Naikan interviewer offers various ways of Naikan methods.
Unexpected, inexplicable, and out-of-your-control things happen in life. Sometimes it is difficult to move forward, even for people who are usually in good spirits. At such times, this skill is very useful. It allows you to see yourself from a distance, like a "bird's eye view" flying in the sky, and to objectively look at the environment in which you are placed.
What you learn in Naikan will become a "stick" to support you when you encounter difficulties or when you feel like falling down,I am a certified Naikan interviewer offering various forms of Naikan methods.

Naikan essence Applied Courses
Other than a traditional "introspection method," I prepared other courses that applied the essence of Naikan method.
After my long time support for my late husband who was a hard working businessman, his sudden death in a foreign country challenged my way of life. Based on what I learned, I designed this course to enjoy human weakness and strength.
Course objectives
I offer courses based on Naikan methods to help individuals gain resilience and develop smooth transition into the next stage of their lives.
My mission
Supporting you who want to move on to the next stage is my mission. I believe the essence of Naikan method empowers individuals to build resilience, resilience, and purpose during life's transitions.

Private course
About private meeting rooms
For those who wish to have a companion/ personal coach, I also offer "private meeting-rooms" (please consult with me about the frequency).
If you have a "companion/coach," the application of Lesson 4 and Lesson 6 into your actual life will be much easier.
Unit 4: Emotional Intelligence and Introspection goes deeper, applying Dr. Edward de Bono's "Six Thinking Hats" method. You can think more effectively with "parallel thinking."
The "Six Thinking Hats" method uses six different colored hats to look at a "problem" from different perspectives, leading to an upgraded solution. Introspect yourself, observe your emotions, and use the "Six Thinking Hats" to colorfully tackle the problem!
Furthermore, as a brush-up for Unit 6: Conclusion and Next Steps, you will learn assertiveness. This mindset is a core life skill that allows individuals to express themselves with transparency and confidence while respecting the rights and feelings of others. By using this effectively, you will be able to clearly communicate your thoughts and the "mental boundaries that should be established" to those around you.
